– I love my manager
We’re here to make
“I love my manager” a common sentence.
Because the manager experience is the employee experience. And that experience should feel like support, not stress.

– Why We Exist
Where Culture Breaks — and Where It Begins
When employees quit, it’s rarely about the company. It’s about who leads them.
We started Mindslines because too many first-time managers are thrown into leadership without preparation — and it’s costing companies their culture.
We believe leadership is a skill, not a personality trait. And it’s a skill anyone can learn — with the right support.
We exist to change the story for new managers — and for the teams depending on them.

— What We Do
We Turn First-Time Managers Into Culture Builders
We don’t do generic training. We do personalize transformative development that actually sticks.
- Untangle complex challenges
- Strengthen self-awareness
- Navigate transitions with clarity
We help new managers and emerging leaders lead with confidence, clarity, and empathy — through practical, human-centered programs rooted in coaching, behavioral science, and real-world leadership.
— Meet the Founders
We Practice What We Coach
We’re three women. Two coaches. One psychologist. And one aligned belief: Leadership is how culture gets built… and broken.
We didn’t meet in theory. We met in practice — coaching leaders, facilitating teams, and watching what works (and what doesn’t) up close.
We’re:
- Marelys – The strategist. Obsessed with creativity, frameworks, and making an impact on others.
- Noelia (Coco) – The culture builder. Empathetic, deeply intuitive, and focused on behavior change.
- Bhavna – The challenger. Cuts through noise, gets to the root, and builds unshakable confidence.

Marelys L Garcia
Co-Founder & CEO. Learning Facilitator & Coach
“I believe in the ripple effect of change. If we can help one person change, we will invariable change those around them”.

Noelia Valladolid
Co-Founder. Psychologist, Learning Facilitator & Content Curator
“I believe in the power of transformation and well-being of the people through learning, knowledge and self-awareness. A self-aware individual will also make his workplace self-aware.”

Bhavna Karani
Co-Founder. People & Culture. Learning Facilitator & Coach
“I believe in engaging teams to co-create an organizational culture that recognizes the importance of empowering everyone to succeed, take responsibility for their own growth, and actively seeking continuous improvement and happiness. at work”.
That’s why Mindslines isn’t just a product. It’s a promise: to equip new managers with what they really need to lead.
We believe leadership isn’t just a skill set. It’s a relationship with the people you serve.
And we bring our whole selves to that relationship.
— The Change We’re Creating
“I love my manager” shouldn’t be rare.
Retention. Results. Culture. Energy. It all rises with the right leaders.
We want to hear it more often. In meetings. In 1:1s. In exit interviews. In Glassdoor reviews. Because when leadership is human, supportive, and clear — everything gets better.
Our success isn’t just measured by completion rates. It’s measured in:
- A manager who goes from anxious to trusted
- A team that starts actually enjoying their 1:1s
- A company that doesn’t lose its best people to bad bosses
We don’t just talk leadership.
We build it into people — so they can build better teams.

— What We Believe
The Beliefs Behind Everything We Build
These aren’t just nice ideas, they’re the principles we design every experience around. From how we coach to how we measure success; these beliefs guide how we show up for the managers (and teams) we serve.
→ Growth happens with support, not instinct alone.
→ The team experience begins at the top.
→ Connection is your best retention strategy.
→ You don’t have to feel ready — just willing.
→ Good communication outperforms charm.
→ Learning sticks when its lived.
→ Reflection builds real self-awareness.
→ When managers grow, everyone rises.
