Our Mission:
Aldaba provides free learning experiences, tools, and a network of diverse professionals to help under-resourced individuals grow and flourish in all aspects of their lives.
Our Vision:
Aldaba envisions a community where individuals, especially those without equal access to resources, have the knowledge, support, and mentorship they need to empower themselves, improve their lives, and realize their dreams.
Our Method:
Aldaba works towards its mission and vision by offering free of charge, high-quality learning opportunities through online and in-person experiences and workshops in Spanish and English.
We provide people with limited resources or representative minorities, learning opportunities to overcome challenges in their personal and professional lives.
Our collaborators provide tools, strategies, techniques, and real-world examples to help empower them and gain practical skills to improve their lives.
Aldaba works with students to help them recognize their cycle of consciousness, which will bring them closer to well-being, emotional management, and communication. We will also focus on specific skills courses such as financial management, technology, and other skills important for professional and personal development.

Our origins
As Mindslines began to grow and receive feedback from its clients, we realized that many of the changes that were happening in people’s professional lives were also spilling over into their personal lives. So, this work could have a greater impact by providing their experiences, insights, and learning journeys to open doors for people who might not otherwise have access to these opportunities. As such, in 2021, the philanthropic arm of Mindslines was born: Aldaba.
How we work
Communities that lack equitable access to resources, sometimes find only those that are freely available, and these resources often lack quality.
Aldaba offers that high quality content developed by Mindslines, to communities that would not otherwise be able to access these resources.
In addition to our commitment to excellence, our team of professionals comes from diverse backgrounds and represents the very people we seek to serve.
This allows students to have access to empathetic and close people who will walk alongside them on their journeys towards empowerment.
Our experiential learning model encourages self-reflection, interactive discussions, and hands-on activities in both Spanish and English.
We offer classes that students can follow at their own pace, live sessions, tutoring and events, to help them develop skills, strategies and tools that will allow them to expand their cycle of consciousness to live a more fulfilling life.
There is no cost for our services for those who qualify.

Our Programs
As an extension of Mindslines, Aldaba is able to deliver the highest quality learning experiences in a growing number of subjects.
As students take our courses, attend events, and gain hands-on experience, they will be able to translate that knowledge into all aspects of their lives.
Students will gain knowledge that will help them improve the way they interact with family, co-workers, friends, and themselves.

Thanks to your support, people will be trained to change their consciousness cycle that will allow them greater well-being, better emotional management and enrich their communication skills.
We will also have courses available on financial management, technology, and other important life skills.
