Marelys L Garcia

Co-Founder & Strategy Leader
Learning Facilitator

Co-founder of Mindslines, Marelys has a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. As strategy leader at IBM, Marelys led projects in the areas of Logistics, Supply Chain and Procurement for more than 20 years. During her professional career, she trained and gained experience in Agile and Design Thinking methods, becoming certified as a facilitator in both. Due to her passion for learning, she continued her training in the areas of leadership and innovation at MIT. At Mindslines, Marelys has created the opportunity to combine these skills and experiences with those of other professionals to create training offers with powerful and transversal content to help people and companies grow and transform themselves through knowledge.

Noelia Valladolid Baringo (Coco)

As a psychologist, Noelia is passionate about understanding human behavior in all its expressions. Noelia has a long history of more than 20 years accompanying people to learn to manage their emotions and become aware of their relational difficulties, helping them turn them into opportunities for growth. She has used her deep understanding of human behavior and successfully applied it in corporate settings, helping individuals and teams harness their emotions and turn them into powerful tools.

Marketing & Communication

John brings over 20 years of Sales and Marketing experience. A Marketing graduate from Baruch College in New York, John began his professional career developing media strategy and planning for top-tier advertisers.

After serving successfully as Director of Media, John continued to grow his business acumen in the television industry, serving as a sales creative solutions leader in Latin America and the US Hispanic market in a fragmented and highly competitive television sales, John was able to exceed the revenue target each year, substantially driving significant growth in underpenetrated markets.

Bhavna Karani

Bhavna has more than 20 years of experience in different areas of Human Resources in sectors such as Banking, Consumer Goods, Media and Advertising. She currently works in the BPO sector, as Director of People. During her professional career, she has developed her competence in Talent Motivation and Development, Selection, Compensation and Organizational Culture. Bhavna has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management and a Master of Learning Facilitation and Innovation. Her passion for people has led her to lead facilitation solutions in different global organizations, to empower and motivate people through learning.

Marina Aleman

Aldaba Strategy Leader
Communication with minorities

Marina has a degree in Banking Administration and held various management positions during her stay in Argentina. In 2005 she became the Commercial and Editorial Director of Qué Pasa, overseeing operations in the state of North Carolina. She successfully built the digital strategy of Qué Pasa, which today has 2,000,000 readers and more than 150,000 followers on social media platforms. Throughout her years at the company, she has solidified the bond with the Hispanic community through events and content focused on their needs to offer them resources to help them improve their quality of life.

Communication and Media Specialist for Spanish-speaking immigrant communities, she has focused her recent work towards developing content to inform and educate about the pandemic and its devastating effects on the most vulnerable communities. Since 2019 she is the executive director of Acción Hispana, a non-profit organization focused on the Hispanic community in North Carolina.
